Katy Mayor reads with WoodCreek Elementary class

Katy Mayor Don Elder visited Mrs. Clark’s second grade class at WoodCreek Elementary this morning. He and the class participated in Promise to Read, a program offered each November by Katy ISD to provide members of the community, businesses and organizations the opportunity to reacquaint themselves with the world of children’s literature.
