Kids Walking for Kids at Kilpatrick Elementary

Kindergarten students and teachers at Kilpatrick Elementary “paid it forward” during the holiday season. Students walked to raise money for the Snowdrop Foundation, an organization that funds research and scholarships for children with cancer.  The students raised $4,612 in honor of Lucy Schuler, the inspiration for this project. Lucy has been battling leukemia since being diagnosed in April 2010.
