G&G Steelworks is looking for full-time Administrative Assistant to maintain general office functions. Role requires exceptional customer service skills. They are a small 20+ year old family-owned business that provides Access Control/General Construction for Multi-Family Companies.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Service Coordinator: •Answering incoming phone calls.
•Gathering the correct information from the customer regarding Work orders and Estimates.
•Following up with Customers regarding scheduling or updates.
•Basic Computer Skills. •Creating work orders and answering emails.
•Must be open to learn other software designed specifically for our company and industry.
•Knowledge of Outlook and Microsoft Office programs.
•Organizes and maintains filing systems; maintains records related to specific area of assignment.
•Taking information for the Service techs and closing out work orders.

Requires previous Customer Service experience.
Previous Accounts Receivables experience a plus.
Must be able to multi-task.
